Sharing is really not about your opinion.
Sharing is not about what you think so much as it is about what you have done (your experience), what troubles you in a particular situation, how you feel, and how you might address your alcoholism and those problems/feelings via the tools of Alcoholics Anonymous (your strength), and perhaps how you see progress in yourself and in your recovery overall (your hope).
Sharing is not a formula -- and all my "nots" are things I found myself doing over the years, and discovered they served either my ego, my fear or my vanity far more than they served my recovery. Worry less about what you say or what others think and work more on sharing regularly if you can. It helps you and it helps others, even if you can't see it at the time.
I agree.
I frequently have to make corrections during a share to keep it about my experience only.
