AA suggests that a great deal will change if one changes their behavior: Attitude, perception, the ratio of gratitude to fear... in other words, pretty much someone's entire reality.
Ms. Ono makes a very practical suggestion -- or issues an interesting challenge?
(Though I'm sorry to admit that the double negative makes wince).
Even the best of us -- or the best intentioned of us -- would likely find a dramatic result from such a "cleaning piece."
I dare ya.

This is seriously tough to do and I fail miserably much of the time. The thing that I can say I'm proud of is that I at least recognize when I'm doing it and I'm convicted. That's great progress for myself !

I know but, (scary way to start) English is her 2nd language. My gammar en Espa~nol es muy malo . . . and my Chinese
