I have never seen a greater monster or miracle in the world than myself.

AA gives me a fighting chance to choose between the two, each day, one day at a time.

Choices are good.
I choose not to make one.

Dear Mr. Sponsor Pants,
I will be celebrating my first year on January 25, 2012. After 2 years of relapsing every 30 days or so. I have spent the last year in AA and I believe it has made the difference in understanding why and that I deserve to take care of myself. Last thursday I went to my home groups jeweler to have my 1 year medallion engraved and ordered. The personal words on it read exactly:
no less than the trees and stars. Honest to God. I am stunned this morning to read your website. It means to me exactly what you describe, I am worth getting well.
Sincerely, Kathryn B.
