Suffer.

More to the point, suffer the pain of your own willfulness, ego, stubbornness and inflexibility.

Suffer the consequences of your actions.

Repeatedly.

In my experience it is eventually possible to get there without all the spiritual bloodshed... but for me the fastest path to Willing is the pain train.

(Of course, the scariest part is that just because it is the fastest doesn't mean it's actually very fast.)

Your other choice is to pray.
